Nice week and weekend

Hi everyone

Last week I had my house all cleaned by professionals and it feels so good.  The weekend was great not having one thing to do but what I wanted.  Got a call from my son on Sunday and he asked if I would drive him over to look at a car.   I agreed, picked him up and when over to see it.  Nice and clean, low mileage and garage kept.  I really didn't think he was going to find such a nice car at a cheap price.  Well he bought it...wow...my son has a car again.   After we went and had the title changed and then he came up to wash and detail it at my place.  We stopped to get some dinner fixins......son bought....and he made Shrimp Fetticcine, Broccoli and garlic bread.   He made dinner  :)  We clean our cars and just had a nice time together.   He spent the night because it was getting late and this morning got up and he went home.  Things like this don't happen very often so I'm grateful for this time together.

Next week he is to start a new job so we will see if this pattern continues but if not I'm in a good place and my happiness is where it's at!

Thank you MIP and prayers that we will all have a little peace in our lives

Good to hear he spent some of that money on a car instead of ..you know what

My son's been doing good too - spent a ton of his hard earned money on some new tools, stuff to tune up the truck and went in half with me on a new weedeater for his Dad.

Amazing what our boys can accomplish when they are in the right frame of mind, huh?
