Exhausted

I stayed in bed all day today. Last weekend too. I'm exhausted. Depressed too. Full of anxiety. I'm tired. I want my bounce back.

My husband is in treatment. It's just me and my new puppy. (bad timing for the puppy, he's work!)

i could sleep all day. Ill get anxiety tonight cause I might not be able to sleep.

Gotta work in the morning.

This quote is something I often will tell myself, I hope it helps you some....

Depression is living in the past.
Anxiety is living in the future.
Acceptance is living in the here and now, and acceptance is peace.

I hope you feel better.

((((Sincerely))))...been there done that and sometimes still do.  If you have any of the Al-Anon daily readers or other literature...reading might turn the tire for you...help you understand, help you relax, help you sleep.  Sending prayers.   Happy Easter.   smile

(((Sincerely))) big hug to you. I know the feeling that you are describing all t well.
and the feedback you received is already good. when I got aware of all of that related to alcohol, i got really scared, for I didn't know what had happened and what was yet to come. Then I got depressed, because I thought I might have been able to change things and people not in my power, then I felt shame, when I saw my role and how it had happened that my actions made things worse., than I read and read and read, I came to understand, and most of the time now, I am living more in the present, with a lot of acceptance, and a lot of letting go....I woke up and learned to be the first part in my own life. it takes time....
be good and patient with yourself.
in support.
