difficulty with stepboard

Hi-I need and want to work the steps.  I used the same name and password for the step board as I do for this one.  It let me leave a post on step one a few days ago, but now it won't let me!  I tried setting up a new acct. and it said my email address was the same, which of course, it is.  Can anyone help?  Thanks so much, Lyne
