Someone here, David maybe? Posted information on the first Conferance Approved Al-Anon e-book out, "Having had a Spiritual Awakening..." Rather than search through all the posts, I thought I'd just post this as a "topic", because I think it was written in as a "comment" to another post and it was several days ago and I have NO idea whose post it was commented on! LOL

"Having had a Spiritual Awakening..." is a wonderful book and I was thinking of making it a regular reference for our Sunday morning meetings on Chat. I only have a "hard" copy of it, but thought others could download a e-book copy. For anyone (not just chat/meeting room attendees) searching for that "Higher Power" it is an excellent book that I would  highlyrecommend! The original book came out in 1998, but went out of print awhile back, so prior to it coming out on e-book, you could only get it through used sources, such as Amazon.com. So I was really glad to hear this!

So whoever posted about that, could you give that information again please? How do you actually download it and stuff? I'm kinda slow when it comes to this new technology! biggrin

Just found it! david62 posted a topic about the new ebook, "Al-Anon's First ebook", it's about 30 posts down from this one. Lots of good info on how to download books for free on nook, kindle and such.

Also off of david62's post: Having Had a Spiritual Awakening . . .e-book (eB-25) $9.99. That's a bargin, cause I paid $10 for it when it first came out in 1998! LOL

I also have the hard copy of it. Great book! Copyrite is 1998. That woudl be great if I could put some of the CAL on my kindle.
