I just realized today that my HP answered one of my biggest prayers. It came to me as I was in the shower like a lightbulb being turned on. HP is awesome!! I am so glad he led me to Al anon almost two years ago.  I had prayed for my kids to be ok. They are doing excellent! They have good grades and my two oldest are getting awards for sports!!! My youngest switched high schools and is flourishing, he has A's and B's.  To think where we were a year ago to now can only truly be a God thing!  Its amazing when God leads you to these f2f meetings and chat rooms how much you can truly change.  I am no longer the crazy, miserable person I was.  When I started getting better my family did too.  My husband has been sober since August. Its nice to have some good news for a change!

So happy to hear this. It's funny because I find myself teaching my kids all the new tools and slogans I have learned too. And I am shocked when they work. Who knew it only took us changing ourselves to start seeing positive results. Continued blessings for you and your family!
