to exchange
information, ideas, feelings, problems and solutions on a personal
level.
Reading todays message in ODAAT let me reflect on myself and think about what I have done for so long not really knowing what I was doing only hurt me.
I'm so grateful for what I have learned in Al-anon and to find my HP to help me see.
I pray for the wisdom to realize that
progress begins only when I am ready to
detach myself from the idea that I alone can
control and solve another's problem.
