here is not Al-Anon Conference Approved Literature. It is a method
to exchange
information, ideas, feelings, problems and solutions on a personal
level.
I didn't have to worry about sharing: I listened through the whole meeting & then I shared a really good share for a change. It is sometimes so much easier to share on here.
I did swallow my pride & let it go! I needed to share & I believe the group needed to hear what I had to say! No ego, just truth!
I am so glad I was ready to share some of my insecurities w/ everyone who was there.
This is what I wanted & was open to it!
I don't have to wait for the moment. It comes & grabs & tugs at my heart!
