I have something on my mind. I saw on the TV a programme about surrendering as a wife to improve your marriage. There is a web-site about it. What they endorse reminds me of Alanon, self care and letting husband get on with it. It's scaring me a makes me think of step ford wives. I think I sound a little mad, but I know you won't judge, well I hope not anyway. It's says it does not endorse this for abusive / alcoholic relationships. Maybe I could ask them what they do recommend, probably haven't got a clue. Please help me with my overactive thoughts.

Stebford wives...I loved that picture...just the picture not the presentation of the females in it.  It was imaginative but not enough for me to want to believe it real.  You're not one...Let it go.  (((hugs))) smile
