Trials are not meant to make you fall, but to make you fly!

This was something I read on a blag this morning and it reminded me how I am so much better for my struggles. I know when I get through all this schooling it will be well worth it and I love what I am showing my girls in the midst of it, it is never too late to o for your dreams and soar! Sending you all love and support no matter whether you are on a peak or in a valley or somewhere in between. This too shall pass.

Hi BF!

It's so true what you stated!  Reflecting back on all my struggles (which I know refer to as blessings) I see that they built me up, not down.  There was always a lesson to be learned; it was HP's way of telling me that I was going the wrong way.

Nowadays, I don't live in dread of future "blessings."  So I'm sooo much more peaceful. Thanks for the reminder :)

And another thing:  I was a bit older than you when I got my credential.  I didn't begin my career until age 45 (I was a stay-at-hom mom and loved it!  Back then I thought I was almost too old to begin a career (what a crack up).

Now, at the age of almost 58, I'm going go for yoga certification and looking into becoming a holistic health practioner.  Some people think I should be winding down, thinking of retirement. But HA!  I've only begun.  I've got so much energy inside.  I've jus begun.

It's a good thing that I don't need the opinions of others to follow my heart.  I'm a late bloomer, but I bloomed!

Follow your heart BF!  You're doing a mighty fine job!

When I here myself thinking why me? the answer I give myself is that my HP thinks there is something I need to learn from this situation.

I've been in several past jobs that were absolutely horrendous but looking back, what I learned in those jobs I've brought forward into my current position and was recently told that I am a valued asset to the company - had I not  endured those other jobs, I wouldn't come close to being qualified for the current one. So I am grateful for those past trials & tribulations.
