The material presented
here is not Al-Anon Conference Approved Literature. It is a method
to exchange
information, ideas, feelings, problems and solutions on a personal
level.
There are online meetings here every day. The link to the Chat room is in the yellow box at he left hand top of the page. They run just like a face to face meeting. You use ! to raise your hand to speak, don't interupt the current speaker, and always acknowledge when a speaker is done with a Thank You, etc. The moderator will keep track of participants and call on the next person who has volunteered to share and also keep and eye out for trolls, just in case.
That's the really basic info. I suggest trying it out a few times and see if you like it. I attend a couple f2f meetings weekly, but have attended many online meetings when I needed another or could not make it to my regular ones.
