Mental Health Awareness Week

Depression, anxiety and panic attacks are not a sign of weakness.  They are signs of having to remain strong for too long.  Did you know 1 in 3 of us go through this at some point in our lives?  Would you post this on your wall for at least one day?  Most people won't but it's Mental Health Awareness Week.  Share the support.  Let those who struggle know they're not alone.

Peggy7: thanks for reminding me that it is MHA week. I need that week to remind myself that I have bipolar disorder & that there is no cure. I am just grateful that I can get by even live somewhat of a normal life. I think MHA month is in October. Don't know for sure but every day should be MHA day!

Thanks again!

Kathleen
