I don't know if anyone here does EFT or knows anything about Brad Yates.  I love listening to his videos - I don't always tap along. 

This one is great on "Playing the victim"  He even says the Serenity Prayer.  For me it was very powerful and I felt it was along the lines of Alanon.  So I wanted to share :)
