Not to add to your worry but hope he doesn't read this post....
I understand how you feel - I think everyone deserves a place that they can just say whatever they need. Keeping things inside can be very damaging and sometimes they don't need to be said to the party involved. Quite often just getting things out can make things better and prevents us from potentially saying things that we are not ready to say or may never be ready to say to the other party.

Please keep coming back. I'm thinking of you and I am sooooooooooooo understanding of how you feel.

I also wonder who will read the stuff I post here...and then I say, what do I have to hide? On some level shame and secrecy are inconsistent with my recovery... so I continue to post.

Amills4294, I'm pretty sure he only looks for posts originated by my old moniker. I don't think he has time to read thru every post (nor the patience), so hopefully I'm safe. Just really sad that the one place I felt totally safe has been invaded. Oh well, it is what it is. Thank you all for your support. ts

Hugs!!!!! I understand, I've had the "overshare" conversation with my AH. What I've learned though, is when it's ok and when it's not. This board is definitely my OK place to be able to share. It keeps me from saying things I might later regret and helps me remember I'm not crazy!

Did you know that many browsers have a "private browsing" option that means your browsing history can't be viewed by anyone else? For instance here's the description of "Incognito" browsing on Google Chrome:

Incognito mode (browse in private)

For times when you want to browse in stealth mode, Google Chrome offers the incognito browsing mode. Here's how the incognito mode works:

Webpages that you open and files downloaded while you are incognito aren't recorded in your browsing and download histories.
All new cookies are deleted after you close all incognito windows that you've opened.
Changes made to your Google Chrome bookmarks and general settings while in incognito mode are always saved.

Tip: If you're using Chrome OS, you can use the guest browsing feature as an alternative to incognito mode. When browsing as a guest, you can browse the web and download files as normal. Once you exit your guest session, all of your browsing information from the session is completely erased.
