wow went to a step meeting today and then to a fellowship meetig was out most of the day. on way home my exabf family rang they had locked him out and he was kicking the door in, he had messaged and rang me but I was in my meetings. they rang the police and he has been arrested. His mum is 70 and his neice is 21 with a 2 year old child they were so scared. I handed it over. went to my mums and my daughter had just returned from her dads after a 2 day visit she was very upset only gets to see him one twice a year, I comforted her and acknowledged her feelings. then my mother pulled me aside and told me my 19 year old son has been in touch he is working in spain he had been attacked and was coming home my disfunctional parents were crazy with the drame.
and in the midst of all this i was fine. I was in a rom with people connecting with my Hp out of the way. it all got sorted without help from me. thank god for 12 steps programmes hugs tarcy xxxx
I had a similar experience this weekend and I am sooo smiling with you, because I understand how good it feels to detach, to just observe and be a witness.
This post is a great reminder for how important it is for me to stay spiritually fit, because I have to live life on life's terms, and I can't do that on my own (((hugs)))
