to exchange
information, ideas, feelings, problems and solutions on a personal
level.
As important as these resources are to the hurting. How are we still having so many problems accessing the chat room? Had I had these problems I would never have gotten to where I am in coping with the trials I've faced in the past year and a half. Do the powers that be have take all of the parts of this site for granted? Each day there are new enties on the message board and how much more do we have to offer them in our meetings and program chat? This is my second attempt to increase room participation but obviously there is more to it than just people not taking the time to come by. Where is our help? The need is great we know so how about a little help here?
When I first came here, I tried a couple of times to get into the chat room and failed. I thought it was either my lack of tech savvy or my computer, and gave up. Now I think it would be hard for me to cultivate the habit. However, I think it would be wonderful if the new people could have access.

I would recommend a different chat type. I just tried again and the plug in needed failed to install and it asked me to attempt to manually install. I've read here others having the same issue. I wonder if those who set this site up would be willing to try going to another chat format? Because I've done several chats and this is the first time I've had trouble getting it to run.
I think it's a matter for many of us who use Java. I don't think anyone here has the power to fix that when it's down, overloaded or whatever. I know i have had to update my Java repeatedly to be able to access the room, and still it is sometimes a failure. I have been to other sites and have had the same problem, so given a choice this room is still the best place for me. Blessings
Aloha and I'm raising my hand and asking John F are you in the house and is your founding teck included recovery still available? Maybe not for how to increase participation and to smooth the roadway into the room itself. Love you brother and miss you...((((hugs))))
