I just need to share this. It saddened me. Was walking down the street to grab some takeout. This drunk guy hit on me. I immediately recognised him from one of my al anon meetings. He grew up in an A home, also a member of AA, and is homeless. He didn't recognise me at all. I am so sorry he has apparently relapsed...and is hollering at women passersby on the street. I know from meetings he has a lot of pain inside (don't we all)...and has offered me much encouragement and support. I pray one day that kind man inside of him takes over his body instead of the disease. Well...he knows where to find meetings for sure. Just...sad to see an al anon friend relapse.

Sorry to hear. I know there have been quite a few incidents where my RBF has run into someone in relapse. It makes him very sad and I can sure understand why.
