I am so excited. I have been working an buying a place. The starting price 3 yrs ago was $110k. I cant afford that so, I let them list with realator. When it didnt sell they phoned me and dropped to $90k. (2 yrs ago)Still out of my range.
6 months later they sent me the appraisal that listed at $78k still told them I am wanting the place but i can only afford $65k
called last night and I got it for $65k
I was just excited and wanted to share with my friends... nice to share a good thing for change !!
