use to dissapointment but...

I dont have expectations anymore so my dissapointments in AH are few. But one of his friends wives (suppose to be my friend) really dissapointed me ... talking crap on me ... oh well, guess I need my tools and detachments for more than just my AH. True friends are hard to find, crap stirring ppl are many and travel in packs. ... Thx for listening to my vent.. wiping my eyes and over it as of NOW !

Great! I'm glad your taking the hit and keep on moving! Don't let those 'haters' get the best of you. Everybody has something to say about your actions or motives. You've got to be your biggest fan sometimes.
You've got to be confident about your choices and values.

Your lowered expections are expected of people living with AA.'s. So I guess you have to keep a detachment from your AA and everyone else too, so that you can stay safe and manage your live and emotions.

Hi Sweetr

I too found that the alanon tools served me well when dealing with the world in general.

They are universal and applicable to all situations

Good work
