I will be out of town for a few days and have postied the 1st Tradition to the Step Work Board. 

 A study of these traditions helped me to learn how to work in groups in and outside the rooms.

One Day at a Time in Al Anon Page 327

The Traditions guard us from the destructive effects of dominance by individual members.  They make us all equals, so we can work together in harmony to achieve our spiritual growth and understanding. .

I will make it my business to familiarize myself with the 12 Traditions of al anon so I can

Do my part toward promoting growth for the group and each member in it.
