Both the managers that interviewed me said they were excited to bring me on board. The first place I applied at and wanted to work. I am feeling so good and on Tuesday I have to go into the city again to look at the apartment, my 3rd attempt since the people were supposed to be out May 1st and now they supposedly will be out this weekend. The only place I have had a lead on that will take my big dog.
I am feeling good about myself and my new start. So exciting and I start June 11th. My new place will be rented June 1st if all goes well. My oldest gets out of school June 8th. Everything is lining up. Thank God and all my MIPer's and Al-anoners for all the support. I really feel so great about my life without my A and with my new fresh outlook. I have self esteem now and self worth and feel like I am worth it! I can't believe how courageous I have become. I want to pinch myself.

Ahhh........................ I'm so happy for you and your children!!!!!!!!!!!!
I had such a crappy day at work. Came home, still bummed out. Came online to MIP and what did I see that made me smile (I think for the first time today).
Yep, it was your subject heading: I got the job!
Thanks for lifting my spirits. I'm not a bit surprised that the managers wanted you. Not surprised at all.
Thanks for sharing the good news. I needed the lift. I allowed a few kiddos to steal my job today (oops! A backslide).
Keep us posted!!!!
