Hi. I'm new to this form of Al-Anon chatting. Couldn't figure out how to make the on-line meeting work (suggestions anyone?) and I need to be "around" recovering people right now. No drama happening, just old and contual feelings of insecurity, anxiety (about what??) and obsession with the one whose drinking bothers me. I don't want to feel sorry for myself. Have tons of gratitude but don't FEEL it, know what I mean? Anyway, I know people are out there who are working this program inspite of how they feel - not facts, huh? -and I want to be like them. Thanks for listening...
I believe the online meetings start around 9 EST so calculate the difference twix that and where you're at and then click it on the face page. You have to have the proper program and I believe that is available there also.
