Hi Tracey, I identify with your post...

And I do know, that condemning my imperfections never helps me to love myself more. Be gentle with yourself.

This week, I have a big challenge ahead of me, to do something differently to avoid suffering more disappointment and resentment...

my morning meditation was timely for me today, I read that the difficulties of life are caused by the difficulties in ME. Higher Power's kingdom is perfect order, perfect harmony, perfect supply, perfect love, perfect honesty, perfect obedience. So I am praying that I may conquer the discord in ME (the exact nature of my wrongs I discovered in step 4) so that I can be in harmony with Higher power....

I am praying that I can stop being overly supportive of everyone else - spiritually, emotionally, physically and financially. In al-anon, my primary purpose is to practice these principles in all areas of my life. I no longer need to carry another person, to prove that I am valuable.

I am praying that I can STOP putting my trust in what my ego believes needs to happen (what I think I have to do to be a worthy person) but rather trust in the way of Higher power. I gotta take care of myself and believe in my personal worth.... instead of giving myself away, again and again.

If this makes no sense, my friend, just know that you are not alone, I am with you spiritually. For me, I can do things with the group, that I could never do on my own. ((big hugs))

Hi Tracey
Those angels aren't just for other people you know.
You are a strong capable and very amazing lady who deserves to be loved and respected.
Your location makes professional and group access difficult, but your HP is all around you all the time.
I am but a two minute text away, this board is here all the time.....

We all love you and support you. I am sending you some angels today and I hope you feel their wings around you soon
