Adding insult to my already smarting ego which yes .. I am still sore after my little debacle on Sunday.
I did my morning Tuesday deal, which is an open AA meeting .. love this group great group of people. I'm doing so much better about being open and not so standoffish which is a big deal for me.
Anyway, .. as I am leaving I went to turn and grab the banister and I swear I couldn't make this stuff up if I tried as my imagination isn't this good. Someone had stuck their coffee cup at the end of the banister and I actually put my hand in their coffee!!
Thankfully it was cold coffee however good grief how totally humiliating is that?! I actually wanted to turn and just say .. gee, .. thought you should know your coffee needs to be reheated.
D'oh .. what a moment and I swear I have laughed all day about it because once again .. distracted much???

I don't think I could have passed this test anytime in the last couple of weeks. My spontaneous humor button was disconnected and I was doing serious reaction behavior. You know what that looks like...I do it good. I would have let my body language do the talking. Wipe the hand off and continue on would be simplest for me in a better mood. ((((hugs))))
