sick & tired of being sick & tired; can anyone relate?

I am sick & tired! I am so in need of support in this area. I have been hurting & wanting to sleep all the time. This morning before I got up I had a nightmare again about my dad. I woke up crying. I miss him so much that he keeps appearing in my dreams--I heard they call that visitation.

I sometimes feel that I am all alone w/ my problems--just me being me I guess. I am definitely off & on my pity pot. You would never know that I have time in this program. I need to focus. I have so much more to do in my life. I just wish I had goals that I want to reach that I can see clearly.

My relationships are pretty good I guess.

Just yesterday, I received insurance papers in my DAD'S name. I know that the money if there is any is supposed to be split up 6 ways. I have 3 sisters & 2 brothers. I just wish I didn't have to fill out all the paperwork. It sucks! I really don't care if I get a lot of money at all. I just want to have closure if I can!

So whatever happens, it is in God's hands, right?

I am not alone.

Kathleen

I can't relate to your situation exactly, but I relate to being sick and tired of being sick and tired as I have felt that way before.

In my belief of my HP, yes I believe that we get visitations in our dreams. many other people do not believe this though. For me, that proves I am not alone. If it were me I woudl know my Dad is there with me every step of the way. helping me through this time and letting me know he is ok. It is time for him to move and for you to know he is OK where he is now. IF you believe in this stuff... you may wish to try to communicate with him, I believe it is possible and he may be wanting to tell you something.

Closure will come. There is a process, a passage toward closure. Not goin through that process creates denial and avoidance. The only way out is through.

For now maybe, make your goals on a daily basis. Make them SMART goals.
S Specific
M Measurable/meaningful/motivational
A Achievable/acceptable
R Realistic/rewarding
T Timely and tangible.

Examples could be

By the end of today, before I go to bed at 9pm, I will finish that paperwork for my Dad and while doing it, trust that my father is with me helping me, and this is part of the process.

At 830pm, before I go to bed today, I will meditate on my HP and relax my thoughts for 5 minutes

Today, before 6pm, I will make a goal I wish to achieve for tomorrow and I will write on a piece of paper and put it on my fridge.

You are not alone.. we are here!!!
