How does one get into their inbox? I can click I have a message but the message will not come up. thank you

 ok something is wrong again. Says I have two messages I do not. Now it won't let me delete or edit my messages.

Says I don't have the right to do this or something? yikes!

I meant just restart your computer!! LOL! Sometimes that does the trick for me, we actually never turn ours off so sometimes I think that's what is going on.
