I jus0t got re-connected with my Internet provider. It's been around 3 weeks without service.
First, my laptop had to be sent to Dell for repair. Coffee, cream and sugar were accidently spilt on it. That took about 2 and a half weeks to get it back and $360 (ouch!)
Then, my re-connection was delayed because we had the phone/internet services put in my husband's name because he receives a discount. That mean that my service for the Net would not be available for 7 to 10 business days.
On the 11th business day I call the company to see why I'm not re-connected, and I find out that the order for Internet service couldn't be found. My ugly twin came out while I was talking to the phone agent. She got me Internet service within 24 hours. She can be useful
Actually, life without the Internet wasn't as bad as I had thought it would be. But I'm glad I'm back.
