what a difference a day makes!

It may sound like a cliche but what a difference today has made in my life! Even yesterday I was giving out hugs & I received what I gave. Talk about a sure thing! I am so happy to say that God my HP is working a great work in me & I am definitely still a work in progress!

So much to be grateful for & I am dead serious! No matter what happens now, I will be fine. I know it because I have always & I do mean always have recovered from every bad situation.

Last night I talked to my sis--baby sis--that I needed to sit down & really get to what is important to us & some good laughs along the way! Basically, we got very serious & I ended it w/ laughs! Has anyone ever heard of DR. DEMENTO? Anyhow, he used to play Fish heads & I would rather have a bottle in front of me than have a crummy frontal lobotomy! What a trip that is, huh? That is some of the things we laughed about among other things like our experiences w/ my dad & step-mom. We had different but similar memories--my sister is almost 4 years younger than I am but it doesn't matter much cause we are getting so close! It is so amazing how even tragedy can bring a family close together. By the way, anyone that is following my posts: I am no longer in the dark or feeling like I am on an ilsand!

Thanks for your kind words & posts!

You are all a blessing to me!

Kathleen,

I was just thinking about you my friend and then I see your post.  It seems like you did get some sleep finally!

I am gald you are feeling on the up and up.  I had to laugh about Mr Demento though because I have heard that saying a long time ago.  I had to laugh when I read it.

Thanks for checking in.  It is so good to see your enthusiasm and joy return to the board.

No idea of who Dr. Demento was, but I laughed anyway because of the name and now a song. I am glad you are finding the blessings out of life's trials. Keep up the great work!
