I can't seem to sleep in to well these days! I guess when I get up at around 4:30 am I have a little trouble getting back to sleep--technically I get enough sleep--to bed by 11 & up before 9 most days. Just having to get up early on Thursdys too kind of throws off my week. I go to TOPS on Thurs. mornings as I have for almost 17 years. I never have been able to go w/ a clear mind & a restful morning I guess. I need the group & the program to keep my weight down but sometimes feel too much fatigue. I am working on being a better support system--the kind that I find in Alanon. It is such a good organization w/ a lot of great weight loss stories.
So, I am tired. I am not going to let being this way ruin my plans for today. I am mostly going to stay home but hope to get as much done there as I can. The weather is nice. It is sunny & beautiful as it has been up here lately. I am enjoying what is left of FALL.
Girl, you may be tired but oh my goodness, always so bright and postive. I do so look forward to your posts as I find it uplifts my consciouness in what is truly important, that today is a miracle, and it IS a good day.
