I am happy to say the meeting went well on Tuesday. I am just so grateful for old-timers who kept the meeting going as well as some newer people.
It is funny; I went in there thinking" Oh boy I am nervous!" It was like I thought but the reading I picked ended up being the wrong reading for that night. It was from CTC that day but someone chose to read from the ODAT instead which turned out to be perfect for the rest of the group. I started to get frustrated but then I just let the meeting flow as it was meant to be. I had a feeling that the meeting was just as it was supposed to be. I am not in charge, just a trusted servant as it says in our 2nd Tradition. I don't have any control over what happens in the meeting. I was just there to chair it.
Next time maybe I will actually have my ODAT. I left it at the meeting a month ago. I wish I had had it Tuesday night. I may have read from it instead but my HP had other plans. It is funny how things work out for the greater good!

Kathleen, I am thrilled it went well for you. There are no mistakes in Gods world. Someone in the group must have needed the reading in C2C. It was meant to be.
