Crazy can sometimes be over whelming when the person who is affecting you happens to be someone who thinks its ok to harasses you just because they knew you a long time ago but could not get over you, so they show back up in your life refusing to leave you alone, why is it people don't understand what harassment is???? This person is a bonafiyable drunk! And the rest of their family is CRAZY! There will be charges eventually but, Im fed up! So i guess thats an emotion too! Right?
Matisa, I am not sure what you are saying here, but I hope you find the rooms of alanon to help you find recovery, peace and serenity. Sometimes they drag us back in to the chaos, and we want the chaos (even though we are in denial about it). Take care of you, alanon can help, a sponsor can help... HUGS to you! um, i guess you don't understand, NO, THERE IS EVEN AN INJUNCTION ON THESE PEOPLE , THATS A LEGAL (STAYING AWAY FROM ME ORDER THAT YOU GET FROM A JUDGE) but they refuse to obay this! They are all nothing but a bunch of drunken maniac's who need a little jail time! (venting here)
im a full time college student who is about to get two degrees, on the deans list!
eventually I will have them all thrown into prison!
I hear you and understand. Dealing with the insanity brought on by alcoholism is extremely painful and difficult.
Attending Alanon face to face meetings enabled me to learn how to live my life without engaging in the madness. Alanon tools of breaking the isolation by attending meetings, learning how to focus on myself and take care of my own needs in a constructive manner , acting in my own best interest, not engaging in destructive behavior or discussions, living one day at a time brought me to a place of serenity , and provided much wisdom in order to handle the problems caused by this insanity.
Youfooundme is correct, I too hope you decide to attend al anon. We are a fellowship of equals who gather to share our common problems and to develop new tools in which to grow and live.. We leave our professions and degrees outside the doors and become teachable
