Not sure if any of the old timers have heard this one, but someone told it at a meeting last night and I thought it was great and wanted to share.
A father threw his 2 boys into a horse stall. The stall was full of horse manure. One boy was crying and crying, saying "get me out of here!". But the other boy was digging through the manure, eagerly searching throughout the stall. The surprised father asked him "What are you doing?", and the boy said "There's got to be a pony in here somewhere!".
Last night's meeting was all about perspective, and I thought it was such a great story to share and a good reminder that we can't stop believing that we can find that pony, no matter how bad our circumstances may seem.
That is soooo cute!! LOL .. smelly but cute :) Thank you for the share, Hugs P :)

Ooo I am going to tell all my friends this one. Thanks!
Reminds me of dog ownership and the life lessons therein. My last dog LOVED horse poo. If she smelled it she would run off and roll in it and eat it :P at the same time. Wooee that made her day! Of course I would be totally grossed out and my day would swing to the opposite end of my dog's. [ especially when I was cleaning her up! ]
