I have been missing my MIP peeps! I have been working way too much, but it is peak season where I live and have to take what I can in the Summer months. My lil one just turned 3 and my divorce will be final in 2 weeks. Life has been very complicated and stressful. I do see my blessings in the midst of my life right now. I am definitely sensing I need to slow down and spend more time with my HP (God). I am headed towards being healthier and stronger. I have let myself get to busy and too HALT to make great decisions and had a couple slips lately, but I find myself getting back on board with my program quicker these days. I am starting step 4 and I am taking my time with it. I am making it to meetings regularly and talking with my sponsor. I have been so emotional lately and am working 3 part time jobs and taking care of my 2 kids. I have gotten on the site and read when I needed it, but haven't had time to post much. I am missing you guys and all the great ESH! I got to catch up alittle today finally, but I may be MIA again for awhile, but never for too long. Keep up the good work everyone.

Hey Flop! HUGS! Glad to see you here. I was kind of MIA for a few days too, there was a lot of action to catch up on and I couldn't respond to everyone. Thanks for the update! I too am continuing meetings and I think I may have found my sponsor...we'll see!

Hi, flopsy, and blessings on your busy path! Glad you're trying to keep it simple even in the midst of all the chaos, and that you at least found a little time to check in today. Even if you can't post, at least keep coming and reading some of the posts. I find that it helps me immensely just to read everyone's encouragement, even when I don't have time to respond.

Flop I have really missed you. I am so glad to see you post on the board. I too have been a bit busy with kids out of school. I am trying to scratch out some quiet me time but that is at 6 AM in the morning.
Flop, check this out, I am sure you can relate. Please tell me why my 7 year old cannot be dragged out of bed for school during the school year, yet, can wake up at 6.30 AM dressed and ready for going no where in the summer months. Amazing little thing he is.
