This is not from al-anon approved material however I love it.  The sayings are al-anonish take what you like I have enjoyed this list.

1. Unless we change how we are, we will always have what we've got.
2. We can have more than we've got because we can become more than we are.
3. Good people are found not changed.
4. A few who do are the envy of many who watch.
5. Make rest a necessity, not an objective.  Only rest long enough to regain strength.
6. The soil says, Don't bring me your need bring me your seed.
7. Without a sence of urgency, desire looses its value.
8. We must apply all that we know so that we can attract all that we want.
9. Formal education will make you a living.  Self education will make you a fortune.
10. The great gift of imagination is that it has no limits or ending.
11. Part of sucess is preperation on purpose.
12. Success is not what we have as it is what we are.
13. Reasons come first.  Answers come second.
14. We have 2 choices.  We can make a living or we can design a life.
15. We need lots of powerful goals to help us past the short term obstacles.
16. Always do more than you get paid for as an investment for the future.
17. If we are not willing to risk the unusual, we will have to settle for the ordinary.
18. We must risk going to far to discover how far we can go.
19. Don't say if I could I would.  Say if I can I will.
20. Walk away from the 90% who don't and join the 10% who do.
