I have been out of town for ten days and I have got to tell you guys it is good to be home.  It is such a nice feeling to be "unplugged" away from the computer and being able to burn time without worrying about being late or needing to get to "there" and stressed because I have not left "here".  

It is so nice to see all of the familiar "faces" on the board this morning.  I am looking forward to going to my face to face noon meeting today and seeing my friends in the program.   It was a wonderful trip, but it sure feels good to be home and sleep in my own bed.

I realized that while enjoying myself in the sun for many days that one can get their heads sunburned while swimming in the ocean.  Flop, I look like you, blonde hair, fair skin.  It was very windy not condusive for wearing a hat or it would end up at Jerry's house in a few years.   

Thanks for the warm welcome.  After the noon meeting yesterday, I really felt like I was home with my Alanon family.   There is nothing like the love in the rooms of face to face meeting.

As for the Mavs, that was a great game win or lose.  Both teams were incredibly tough.  Congrats to both for a strong champion series.

Tommyecat I was just giving you a hard time! I thought it was a great game and didn't really have a favorite in the championship. And yes I have gotten my scalp burned a few times myself in Summer, being fair skinned isn't always great for lots of time in the sun, but I love it and do enjoy it! Glad you had a good time.
