A moment of gratitude makes a difference in your attitude

Sometimes it is really back to basics for me.  Nothing more and nothing less.  These little sayings can sometimes sound quite glib, but really, they are gems.

When there are too many things to take on board and everything seems to be a bit too much I have to get down to PRACTICAL RESONSIBLE LIVING and simply take care of myself.

No matter how much I want to help others, at times it is enough that I help my self. And, what'smore at times such as then taking care of myself helps others.

I look to the future by building on the lessons I have learned in the past.  Those lessons have been costly at times, however, if I really want to profit by them I really do have to take notice of them and make sure that I do not fall backwards.  It means that I need to consciously remember those lessons and what I learnt NOT to do more than anything else.

This journey is a complex journey if I do not learn and remember and put into practice what I have learnt so getting back to the bacis for me proves to be very good for it ensures that I am maintaining a strong foundation on which to build the rest of my life.

Just needed to ramble tonight.  Thank you for your patience.

God Bless
Suzannah

That was great my sis. It sure is true too. Yes you are right. Sometimes its ok to just take care of ourselves.

You have come so far and I like it when you share all your thoughts and jouney.

I know the stress I have been under has dulled me. Its nice when people share deep stuff, then I get to experience it without too much work! (c:
Loves ya sweetie, deb
