Hi Gail, just wanting to let you know your'e not alone tonite, although its day here for me. It can be so frustrating no being able to help/stop them on their destructive path. Big hugs for you.
Totally relate as my son is an addict I have learned ( the hard way ) that when I start to worry to start praying There is nothing I can do, I am powerless HP is not powerless and I put it all in his hands It took me a very long time to get to this point...as parents we should be able to make things right for our children, and it is beyond difficult to hand that false sense of our power over to anyone even HP. But now it is a comfort to me to be able to do so Blessings to you and your son
