I never thought I would see this day and it all happened in about 24 hours.
The XAH's room mate ran out on the last months rent, naturally XAH cant afford apartment on his own. Well, the landlord gave him his eviction 3 days ago.
XAH is not computer literate and does not own one. He asked me to just look and see if there were rooms to share anywhere. It was not problem, Im always on the look out on Craigslist.
I clicked on this one Ad and it said only $125.00, what could that be. well , it was a sober living home, with a great move in special. Thats 125.00 a week, which is unheard of in L.A. Told XAH, he said ok, "Ive been sober for a week" and have gone thru withdrawal without rupturing anything, (that in itself is divine intervention) since he almost died last June from rupturing his esophagus .
Tonite, he sleeps in his new home, he is 57 years old, been drinking non stop since he was 21. I dont have to tell you rules are no drinking, curfew 11:00, clean up after self, AA meeting every Thursday. He has a pool in the backyard, 2 fireplaces and he sleeps on a top bunk and I think he is as happy as a clam.
This is a miracle.......that out of a bad situation, being evicted and almost homeless that he would finally reach this crossroad and that there would be an opening for him.I am delighted for him. This is a step for him, I love when miracles happen. When the hand of the Universe says, I wont stand by and look upon this anymore. It amazes me. My prayer has always been that he live in serenity like I have and that he become happy as I have become. I wanted the situation to always be a win/win.
Dont give up on the miracle. I had to see it myself to keep reminding me.

I am so very happy to hear about the powerful hand of HP reaching out and touching your life. I know it happens each day but so often I am unconscious of the action and so not aware
Your compassion, understanding and prayers for your X are so loving. They truly reflects what this program is all about.
Thank you Betinna for sharing. It is a wonderful reminder that keeping ourselves open and plugging in to our HP brings about positive possibilities... it is by the grace of HP.
