I just thought I'd share this great song by Wilson-Phillips.  It's a good reminder that even in the darkest hours, we just need to hold on a bit longer and things will change.

Yep, that's the one.  There's loads of Alanon undertones in there.  It also reminds us change is a inside job and it's up to us to make the changes.
Plus, it's just a great song in general..
