When I try to pull up the MIP web site the whole screen has the words "You Have Been Hacked" with a black backgournd. The only way I was able to get on to post this message is by clicking on a PM I received yesterday that I still had in my email and that took me to the site.
Is anyone else having this problem ?

I haven't...you might want to go thru the clean up proceedure on your control panel. There are several APs you can use including resetting your computer program back to an earlier date. Thanks for HP...you're not sounding like you are at the doors to hell. ((((hugs))))
If the two of you are standing at the doors to hell, I'll swing by with some coffee and we can hold us a meeting before the doors open. I was once told that no matter how far into hell we might go, it is only 12 steps to the door leading out.
As for the site being hacked, it was! By what appeared to be a chinesse organization of sorts. RLC called me, I saw it on my blackberry, rushed home to see what I could do about it and by the time I got here the site was restored and the hacked part was gone. Am sending an email to our hosting service about it, and hoping they caught it and secured their end of the sites servers.
Also, I'm running a back up of all the sites files so if anything should happen to them by any means I have updated copies of everything to restore it with.
Thanks for putting a word in my ear about the hacking RCL.
For future referrence, let's just plan on meeting at a Denny's resturant for a cup of coffee, we don't need to stand at the doors of hell for entertainment any more!! LOL

The most noted hacker in history also has come out of China. I think that he quit because he was begged to...big trouble maker and hard to detach from. They certainly are industrious. I wonder if the US hacking jobs were sent over there also. LOL... As for the doors of hell I know exactly what they look like and am very very familiar with them as I've been thru them back and forth many times. Had to oil the hinges on the right one after awhile as they would squeak when I came in and that po'ed the lower power to no end. You're not allowed to take cold showers there did you know and you can't use any soap or stuff like that to get you clean. You gotta stay dirty and the dirtiest the better....kinda, sorta like bragging rites.
I saw it, looked spooky, geeez. A little later, I got three notices from my bank informing me that someone was unable to pass the security questions to gain access to my accounts. Could this be related? I don't understand how "hacking" works...?

no, your banks issues is not related to anything going on on this site, they are two separate enities on different servers.
bank servers are secured, any transaction on them will take you to a https:// address, the s indicates it is very secure. standard sites like a personal domain such as ours is on a http:// address. which isn't so secure.

Dave, please don't make me have to put you off this site. You are full of shit to be quite blunt. There is nothing on this site that links to anyone s bank site. nor can anything be purchased from this site directly at all. So, no one's bank information is ever run through the MIP site.
Do here what you have done on the ACoA board and I am going to ban you completely from the MIP site.
Go get a life and stop trying to terrorize MIP members with your onslaught of lies and misinformation. It will not be tolerated here.

Thank you for being so diligent in keeping this place running 24/7. I know from much experience in the software world that it takes some effort. With all the other recovery work you do - I do not take this for granted.
