A man had been going to his therapist for over a year twice a week at $80 per visit. His problem, since his childhood he had reocurring nightmares that someone or something was sleeping under his bed at night. His concern had taken a tremendous toll on him he never got a good nights sleep. His therapist had worked with him to no avail. When the man didn't show up for his next scheduled appointment, his therapist became alarmed and gave him a call. The man told his therapist that he was cured and would no longer need his services. His therapist asked him how he was curred? The man told him that he was cured in Al-Anon when another member offered him their ES&H. What was the solution the therapist asked?
One of the ladies in my meeting stated she had the same problem and decided she would just cut off the legs of her bed.

Love the example and I agree It is all Common sense.
I however love to complicate things. When I can get out of my EGO and my head and stop trying to FIGURE it ALL OUT and use a simple slogan like, How Important is it or Keep it Simple Life becomes manageable and I can smile
