Can`t Get In to Chat or Meetings

Can you help me with this? This is the message I get....

"Error:Unable to load interface pixx: java lang security exception trusted loader attempted to load sandboxed resource from http;//www12stepforum

I have tried to update Java but really am not tech savy so haven`t a clue what I`am doing.

Help please!

I can't seem to get in to them either? what am I doing wrong? lol

If you go to google and get the most recent version of java and download it, that helps.  Some days the room is down and I cant get in either.  I find if I re boot and try again or even just try again after an hour or so.

I just tried and got in while writing this post.  It takes a few minutes for it to load for me and I have to say, click on run when that window comes up for me.  The morning meeting is on now.
