Hello everyone. I just moved to Clover, SC from Wilmington, NC. I went to my second meeting to Lake Wylie tonight and they were talking about what seems to be a most useful FEELINGS LIST. No one in the meeting had one available. I looked it up online, but was unable to retrieve it. Does anyone have one that can be forwarded to me? I would really like to learn about this tool.
Hi there and thank you for your reply. No, it is not blue print for progress. Ironically, in 13 years of program, this is the first time I hear of this list. Our chair played a tape of a speaker meeting last night, and the speaker was from Charlotte, NC. She said she taped the list to her fridge. It helped the whole family to identify which feelings really are underneath statements like "I am mad!". She said the list is divided in two types of comfort feelings, I think, but she didn't go into specifics. A few members said they had the list but didn't know where they put it, so I was hoping to find it online.
