I just wanted to let the men reaching out for help know how grateful I am to see you here. It really makes me happy, as men are not in the normal demographics of our membership. I sure hope you all spread the joy and hop over to face-to-face meetings, too.

Personally speaking, it's a breath of fresh air having a male presence in the rooms. Your perspectives can be very fresh.

In turn, giving my issues with women, it's enlightening and helpful to get that female perspective and to see women who are recovering.

I haven't been able to post much lately, this is the busy time in my business, but I have been checking in reading and getting my ES&H from everyone.

Just know that 95% of what I have learned in this program has come from the ladies in my two Al-Anon groups and the ladies of MIP. I'm grateful to all of you.
