Happy Thanksgiving!

Tomorrow I'm feeding my ABF, my ADad and another friend.  Three men who have absolutely nothing in common besides their connection to me -- dinner will be a little strained, lol.

Since I hate cooking at the best of times, I'm not going to produce the traditional turkey dinner with all the fixings, because I just end up resenting doing it.  I'm making a chicken and rice casserole, and stuffed tomatoes.  And store-bought pumpkin pie.

Thank you.

I am doing a roasted chicken with the fixings. Find it easier than a turkey.

Happy Thanksgiving to all the Canadians.

Blessings.
