I am having my surgery soon; it will be on the 7th of October! I am so anxious but I know it is the right thing to do for me!
If you pray, pray for me to come through it OK. I just want to be healthy & the pain to go away soon! I am dealing w/ so many other issues. I hope my HP helps me through.
You will be just fine! I know how you feel. If you can, push it to the back of your pretty head for now. day at a time.
I found I did the best when I went in and everyone intro'ed we shook hands, we talked, I asked them some stuff. It felt like I was not just another patient, that I cared about them too. Which I did.
It is hard to give up our whole self like that. I will keep ya in my thoughts and prayers. Give yourself tons of time to recup. I tell ya, this going home the same day is criminal! People think you are ok the min. you get home. It was not doctors who said it was ok to go home. Insurance...
I am still recuperating. What they use to put you to sleep is powerful stuff. Takes awhile for just that to filter thru!
