have actually felt good some moments of some days......I'm not sure what to attribute this too. Although I'm aware the biology has something to do with this....I feel that some good thinking and happy moments have helped. Spent an evening in my favorite place with favorite people (daughter and dog) and felt the glow through the next day. I also thought "why do I let my crappy life affect the good moments that come during the week?" I'm feeling up an down all week but am appreciating the ups.
