If u need support, in addition tothis and chat room outreach--please remember to go on the phone bridge meetings. It is a VA number and at the end there are often ppl who leave their number for sponsor calls. (not every meeting, but at least half). At 712-432-8733 pin is 52639. These phone bridge-conference meetings at 9 am noon 4 pm and 8 pm Eastern Time. There are also some later ones I don't recall but u can call Al-anon office for the more detailed list of meetings and topics. If long distance calls are issue--the phone cards sold at discount stores often make it about a penny per minute to call. Luv 123

Hmm, hadn't heard of this before. Can you please explain more? Is this only for people in a certain area code? Also does VA mean "Veterans Administration" or voice activated?
The VA meant Virginia--woops, sorry for confusion on that. And if long distance is an issue with phone plan, I mentioned those penny a minute phone cards. U are muted when u call in --It is like listening in on a meeting & if u want to share in the meeting there are menu prompts that explain how to participate.
I find it a great extra tool and sometimes I only have a few minutes to listen in to one or two shares, but they often help put my mind in a better healthier place. Good luck , Luv 123
