Glad you got that off your chest and hope you were able to have a wonderful day.
There are so many days where I feel that the lies are the absolutly worst thing our A's do. I fell for those lies for so long it's embarassing.
Now I just assume that everything that comes out of my A's mouth is a lie. I don't challenge the words anymore as that just made me crazy
I now go by what I see with my own eyes and what my gut is telling me.
Ugh.... such an awful disease

Yes I ended up having a good day so far. Actually I'm planning on going to a meeting tonight. Haven't been in a very long time.

You are so right. How can we believe anything anymore? It's interesting when they are caught in a lie, they turn it around and blame us for it. What?

Today I am sick and tired of being around these alcohol related symptoms, drinking or not, it's just as bad.

We all deserve the very best. We already have to deal with life and on top of that we deal with A's.

I feel like I'm wasting my time.

They have to believe their own lies. If they didn't they would have to admit there is a problem.

I've yet to meet an addict who's not an avid liar.

Ans yes so true, when they get busted, they turn it around and blame us.

I caught my BF lying about talking to some other girl and he said "Well I am SURE you speak to 10 other men"

"huh"
