I am so busy I can not get to a meeting. I took vacation, went to visit family after 3 years out of state. So far behind at eh office I can not breathe. Here is the deal, I am struggling with a phone call I got from my brother who lives in a mission. The mission burnt down and he called to tell me he was okay. Of course, I want o rush in a rescue him. He has been clean and sober for over 2 yrs. but he is living at the mission. They have had to move over 60 of the men to other temporary housing. Let go, and Let God right?
It is all about priorities. A meeting lasts for ONE hour plus travel time. For me I have to put my meetings at the top of my list. If I take care of that one thing the rest just seems to fall into place when I'm ready for it.
