I want to send a special thanks to Candianguy for sending me this book for FREE and I advise anyone that doesn't have to click on the thread and get this book!!!

I'm really glad it's such a hit for you. That book literally saved my sanity, and got me on the right track to my recovery..... There are lots of good books out there, but very few GREAT ones. Thanks for the feedback
Tom

I agree! My copy from our most generous CanadianGuy arrived today. I was saying " OMG" from the introduction before I ever started chapters! I know that putting what is in this book to practice in my life is going to change my life. Thank you seems trite, especially since you got these in the mail during your grief of losing your father.

thanks, donna/adonaisgirl

Thanks lyndebi they are my world and the one of the main reasons why I'm here = ) I want them to finally see me happy rather then always worrying...
Oh and the part of the book about not doing your hair or getting dressed up was right on.... This week was the first time I actually took the time to do my hair and it felt good!

I agree with what everyone has said. I bought the book several months ago. My best description of the book------It gave me permission to feel like I feel sometimes and made me realize that the I wasn't crazy for some of the stupid things I had done over the years. I highlighted so much of the book that I realized it would have been easier and taken less time if I had only highlighted the parts that didn't apply to me. LOL
